Index of professional equality between women and men

The law of 5 September 2018 on the freedom to choose one’s professional future (no. 2018-771, article 104) requires companies to calculate indicators each year relating to pay gaps between women and men and the actions implemented to eliminate them, according to the methods and methodology defined by decree no. 2019-15 of 8 January 2019.

The four indicators are as follows:

  • The gender pay gap;
  • The gap in the rate of individual pay rises;
  • The rate of female employees receiving a pay rise after returning from maternity leave;
  • The number of employees of the under-represented sex in the ten highest-paid positions.

Septeo HR Solutions received an overall score of 82 out of 100 points for the indicators measured in 2023.

If the score obtained is less than 75 points, corrective measures and, where appropriate, pay catch-up measures must be put in place. These measures must make it possible to achieve the objective of equal pay for men and women with a minimum score of 75 points after three years. Septeo HR Solutions is committed to developing all its employees according to their potential and the opportunities available to each of them. Septeo HR Solutions therefore encourages internal mobility, particularly in positions of responsibility, which can be associated with higher salaries.

Our technical activity linked to IT development is confronted with outdated clichés that we try to combat on a daily basis in the external recruitment we carry out. Our aim is to enable new female employees to join our company in strategic positions (the latest example being our new Lead Dev in the R&D division, who joined us very recently).In this way, we hope to be able to reverse the trend and achieve a balanced distribution between women and men among the ten highest earners.
